Workshop aims:

  • To provide an overview of current software

Session one:

Part one provides an overview of current software.

Presentation will cover: CD-ROM dictionaries / authentic discs / grammar / discs for listening / examinations / business English software.

Part two presents a pedagogical role for multimedia as a learning tool.

 

 
 

Session two:

Part one offers a range of practical, user-friendly activities using CD-ROM, based on "CD-ROM: A Teacher's Handbook".

Part two covers recent developments, such as multimedia authoring and voice recognition, and allows time for questions about multimedia.
